Viktor Selutin was born on March 5, 1965. In 1986 he graduated the Chernigov Air Force Academy. During his duty he became familiar with L-39, Mig-23, Mig-29, Su-26, Su-29, Su-31M aircrafts. His total flying time in these types of aircraft is 1,400 hours. Perform group aerobatic since 1993. He is qualified as a pilot-sniper.

Viktor is married. He has two sons. He is composer and lyricist.
